Café Bar

The comfortable bar overlooks the Fountain Terrace behind Coffman with a wonderful vista of the Mississippi River.

A wide variety of scotch, wine, food, beer, and other specialty drinks are available during regular hours and for private events. The Bar Menu is available during regular Bar hours and is updated seasonally.

Although we can't reserve the entire Bar during regular operating hours, it is possible to reserve the east side of the bar for a private event. For groups smaller than 30 there is no charge for the space. For larger groups we require a $75 room charge.

Food and beverages can be ordered in advance from the banquet menu or ordered from the bar menu at the time of your event.  To inquire about availability and pricing please contact the Events office at 612-625-1967 or ccevents@umn.edu.
