The Campus Club is committed to using locally sourced and organic ingredients whenever possible. Beth Jones, our Executive Chef, works closely with local purveyors and distributors to insure that you get the best and freshest food possible. Beth is a leading force at the University for fresh, local, and organic food.

Servery Lunch Menu

The Servery has a well deserved reputation for high quality and delicious offerings. Our emphasis is on locally sourced and organic ingredients whenever possible. No reservations are required, but you may reserve a table in the West Wing by phone 612-626-7788. We recommend this if you have a group of 5 or more.

The Bar Menu is available every weekday as soon as lunch is over.

Please call or sign up online at least 24 hours in advance for menu service in the West Wing for lunch.


During Winter, Spring, and Summer Breaks, all lunch hours are one half hour shorter and all Bar hours are one hour shorter.
