Reserve a Room
The Campus Club uses a software called EMS (Event Management System) for our room and catering reservation system.
You can browse months by clicking on the arrows, click on the date to check room availability. Once you have found an available date, roll over 'My Account' and select 'Create An Account'.
Enter in the required fields. (Note: this software does not let us see your password. If you lose it at any point we can change it to a new password for you.)
Go back 'My Account' and log in. Your log in will always be your full email address (include @umn.edu) Roll over 'Reservations' and click 'Room Request.'
Under Location Information pull down the options under Campus Club 4th Floor: and select "Campus Club".
Select the date(s) you are interested in. If this is a recurring event, please select the recurrence pattern. Select the room you are interested in. Then fill in the rest of the form. If you do not have a food and beverage order ready, we will contact you closer to your event.
Please fill out each field on the form. If you are unsure of any of the items or don't need them, please enter in N/A. The form cannot be submitted with any empty fields.
Click Submit at the bottom of the form. If you do not click submit we will not receive your request. If you receive an error message, please check to make sure you have selected a date and that all of the fields are filled in.
