The Campus Club uses a third party software company called EMS for our room and catering reservation system. EMS is Event Management Software. Here is how it works.

How to use EMS:

You can browse months by clicking on the arrows by the current month. Click on the date in question to check room availability. Once you have found an available date, go to the Blue Header at the top of the screen.

Roll over My Account and select Create An Account.

Enter your email address, name, phone number, and password of your choice. (You can use your standard email password. This software does not let us see your password, however, if you lose it at any point we can change it to a new password for you.)

Go back to the Blue Header and log in. Your log in will always be your full email address (include On the Blue Header again, click on Requests and then click on Room Request Form.

Under Location Information pull down the options under Campus Club 4th Floor: and select "Campus Club".

Be sure to "Check Availability"
(even if you have already).

Select the date(s) you are interested in. If this is a recurring event, please select the recurrence pattern.

Be sure to select the room you are interested in. Then fill out the form with times, attendance, name of your event, membership number you would like billed, and the event contact's information.

If you do not have a food and beverage order ready, we will contact you in regards to this later.

Please fill out each field on the form. If you are unsure of any of the items or don't need them, please enter in N/A or unsure. The form cannot be submitted with any empty fields.

Click Submit at the bottom of the form. If you do not click submit we will not receive your request. If you receive an error message, please check to make sure you have selected a date and that all of the fields are filled in.

You will receive an email confirmation if your event is approved.
